Happy 2017, all!
Are you ready for a fabulous year? I sure am.
And to kick it off, I am finally activating my first Facebook group!
You may recall from last summer, my blog post The Conscious Rider – sharing how I got to this place, how Performance Energetics came to be created, what it has meant for me to move from fear, negativity (BIG time), and anxiety into a place that is much more harmonious and flowy.
Well, most of the time, anyhow.
You see, this group has been sitting for over a year, with one dear member, waiting to go live, waiting to be populated, waiting to support the peeps who will resonate with my message. The message that EVERYTHING shifts when we embrace the potential that comes from changing the way we ride, the way we train, and the way we compete – through mental, emotional, and energetic mastery.
And I have been resisting it. Afraid to pull the trigger. Afraid that I maybe won’t be able to back up my big, fluffy words with action.
And you know what? I simply needed some time to recalibrate. To understand that my game isn’t all talk. That yes, absolutely, I can back it up. That this is a fantastic journey, and that I am committed to providing riders with the internal and external tools and resources to rock it in the training and competition arenas, always from a place of centered integrity and love for our sport.
Now, of course, I do not claim that I’ve done this by myself. I have had boatloads of support from my mentors, from my peers, and from my clients. I have borrowed courage and faith when I needed it, and appreciated how beautifully everything works out when I let go, just a little bit.
And it’s now time for this next step.
To step out further, to offer this vision to you, my fellow rider. To provide a space where you can explore your dreams and your challenges, celebrate your victories, and name those lingering gremlins so that you can do-be-have what you want as an equestrian.
I know… These are big, fluffy words.
And what I also know is that stepping into this space, consciously, ready to take action and ready to make a go of it – really, really, REALLY works.
Will you join us?
